Overview
When building a form and then saving it, the system will process your changes and update your form. Depending on number of factors, certain updates may not immediately update in the frontend of the application. Fear not, most changes are applied within 5 mins.
Solution
Simply wait a few minutes (up to 5) and your changes will appear shortly. If you've been waiting longer than 10 minutes please try these steps:
- If this is a new field, make sure that the field is set to " view" or " input and view" in the portal. You can do this in the settings of the submission portal ( insert link to submission portals)
- Make sure this isn't a cache issue. If the above doesn't help, try going to the form editor and adding a new field and saving it. Then deleting the field and saving it. Once you do that, you should be able to see the field.
