Joining a workspace

This article provides instruction for joining a Zengine workspace.

Joining a workspace when you are already a Zengine user

When a workspace administrator invites you to a workspace, you will receive an email that includes a personalized URL to accept the workspace invitation. 

Clicking on this link will bring you to the login screen. Enter your user credentials to accept the workspace invitation. Upon logging in, you will see the newly joined workspace listed on your Home screen. If this does not happen, return to the original invitation email and click the " Accept" link once again.

Joining a workspace when you are not a Zengine user

When a workspace administrator invites you to a workspace, you will receive an email that includes a personalized URL to accept the workspace invitation. 

Clicking on this link will bring you to the login screen. You can choose to either " Sign in with Google" or  "Create Account". 

If using Google Sign in, an account will automatically be created and tied to your google credentials. 

If you choose to create an account, then you will be prompted for your email address and password. Upon creating the account, you will be redirected to your account Home screen. From there, you will see the newly joined workspace listed.
