Portal Login Password Requirements

When a portal user or your constituents access an external portal for the first time, they will need to sign up. In doing so, they will need to create a stronger password that will be enforced during this process. The portal will require the following:

• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• Contain one number
•  Be between 8-32 characters
• Cannot be an email address

The sign up process will also require the user to confirm the password, they must match in order to continue.
