There are special characters in my export, how can I remove them?

Please use this guide as a reference as the below method may not work in all cases

First, export the CSV from Zengine using the export feature.

Next, save the export file locally before opening using " SAVE AS", and then open Excel. Finally, use the TEXT IMPORT feature within Excel, and set the character set to UTF-8.
