The collaborator URL is invalid. It's possible the email address was changed on the administrative side, which would invalidate the URL, or the applicant could have sent a request, deleted it, sent a new request, and the collaborator clicked on the URL from the email of the original request. This can be resolved by having the portal admin send a new invite. |

E1401 | Reminder is not allowed because the last email was sent less than 24 hours ago. (i.e. the value of the Status Date is less than 24 hours ago.) |
E1402 |
Either invalid reply-to email or invalid/missing collaborator email. Please confirm that the email field is required, the field is validated to email, and there are no other rules in place for the email field. |
E2001 |
